Your Africa

Building momentum through growth and connection
June has been another positive and rewarding month for Your Africa as the business continues to build on the strong momentum established since launch.
With enquiry volumes continuing to grow and its presence in key international markets strengthening, the team remains focused on scaling sustainably while maintaining the exceptional levels of service, expertise, and personalisation that define the Your Africa experience.
As demand continues to increase, Your Africa is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Travel Architect who will be joining the team in August (more to follow closer to the time). This investment in people reflects the confidence the business has in its future and the continued growth it is experiencing. Expanding the specialist team ensures Your Africa remains well-positioned to deliver the highly personalised, tailor-made journeys its guests expect while supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
June also provided an opportunity for the team to reconnect with one of Johannesburg’s leading luxury properties, Fairlawns Boutique Hotel & Spa. The visit formed part of Your Africa’s ongoing commitment to maintaining strong supplier partnerships, deepening product knowledge, and ensuring recommendations remain informed by firsthand experience. These relationships and insights play a critical role in delivering the curated and authentic travel experiences that set Your Africa apart. The occasion was made even more special as the team celebrated Danielle Reddy’s birthday, providing an opportunity to combine professional development with well-deserved team appreciation.
Beyond the office, several members of the Your Africa team took part in the Running with Purpose Discovery Race Against Cancer, supporting an initiative that raises awareness and funds for an important cause. Participation in events such as these reflects the values that are important to the business—community, wellbeing, and making a positive contribution beyond day-to-day operations. The team proudly represented Your Africa while running with purpose in support of a meaningful initiative.
As the business moves into the second half of the year, Your Africa continues to evolve from a successful launch phase into one of sustained growth and opportunity. With a growing team, strong supplier relationships, increasing market traction, and a shared commitment to excellence, the business remains focused on building a leading African travel brand that inspires confidence and delivers extraordinary experiences for travellers from around the world.
The momentum continues, and the team is excited about what lies ahead.
