As part of Sense of Africa, East Africa’s commitment to developing the next generation of tourism professionals, the HR team, represented by Viola Lusimba and Paul Muema, participated in the Strathmore University Career Fair to create awareness of Sense of Africa, East Africa’s Graduate Management Trainee Programme.

The event provided an excellent platform to engage with students and alumni alike, share insights into career opportunities within the tourism industry, and encourage applications for the 12-month GMT Programme, which officially opens in October 2026.

The programme combines practical experience, mentorship, structured learning, and exposure to different areas of the business, reinforcing Sense of Africa, East Africa’s dedication to attracting, developing, and nurturing emerging talent across the business.
