On 27 September 2026, SA Cricket Travel, in partnership with Cricket South Africa, hosted its first-ever Pink Day Activation:

The Pink Day Breakfast with Cricket Legends, Makhaya Ntini and Herschelle Gibbs.

The event gave guests a unique opportunity to relive the iconic 438 run chase alongside the legends who were there when history was made. The day began with an engaging breakfast Q&A session, where guests had the opportunity to interact with the cricket legends and hear first-hand stories from one of South Africa’s greatest sporting moments.

Thereafter, guests settled into a private suite to enjoy the ODI match between South Africa and Australia, sharing in the excitement and atmosphere of another memorable day of cricket.

With a successful and memorable activation, the day was about more than just cricket, breakfast, and the excitement surrounding the historic 438 chase. Pink Day also served as a platform to raise awareness about breast cancer and demonstrate our support for those affected by it.
